The menus within these books will enable the assessment as to the suggested type of diet required compared to the assigned structured lifestyle conditioning fitness training program being assigned, undertaken by our clients.
Keep-fit4u acknowledge each individual’s body reacts differently to physical training and a balanced daily dietary intake plays a key factor to an individual’s wellbeing, during and after each training session, hence our need for such a joint collaboration.
